RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - Jambu - 2011-03-15 01:19:14 i've not been down myself but it's not a matter of getting tickets mate. just gotta be on the guestlist apparently...hessle just offered to take anyone's name down on their facebook though. and it was joe playing the real smooth stuff at the start : ) RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - craigus12 - 2011-03-15 01:24:45 gosh tonight's boiler room was my favourite. blawan's bootleg of brandy is somethin else. i also can't wait for pearson sound's white label that's coming out on night slugs. ben ufo probably just edges oneman and jackmaster to being my fave DJ, his genre spanning sets are brilliant - i recall youngsta - formula2, kode9 - oozi and harmonimix - ms jackson and a milli RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - housecat87 - 2011-03-15 06:56:16 (2011-03-15 01:24:45)craigus12 Wrote: blawan's bootleg of brandy is somethin else yes, this needs to get released RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - BillieT - 2011-03-17 00:14:31 Wooooo Glut is getting a 500 copy 10" vinyl release on butterz with S-X - Bricks. RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - craigus12 - 2011-03-17 23:56:26 just pre-ordered that woo glut. jesus this month has been brilliant for music, although my bank balance would disagree -> blawan, joy o, doc daneeka & benjamin damage, jacques greene and pearson sound and of course ossie's tarantula ep. i liked the interview with him aswell, always peruse sonic router as there's something decent to read, RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - BillieT - 2011-03-18 01:15:30 (2011-03-17 23:56:26)craigus12 Wrote: just pre-ordered that woo glut. RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - housecat87 - 2011-03-22 16:24:51 Saw on the latest addison record that both tunes are written and produced by t williams. its kind of baffling considering how long hes been around as headhunter and begs the question what addison groove actually contributes. Are there any good articles about the process behind this type of thing? (not actually ghost prodcuing as t williams is credited ) RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - jimitheexploder - 2011-03-22 17:09:37 (2011-03-22 16:24:51)housecat87 Wrote: Saw on the latest addison record that both tunes are written and produced by t williams. its kind of baffling considering how long hes been around as headhunter and begs the question what addison groove actually contributes. Eh? I'm not sure what you're saying... Addison Groove is Headhunter they're the same dude and always where. He just wanted to use a diffrent name for this stuff because it sounds different I think. Are you asking about articles on producers that use a load of different names? I can't think of any off the top of my head but I know Ramadanman/Pearson Sound/Maruice Donovan all got together for a chat here: http://www.factmag.com/2011/03/01/pearson-sound-objektivity/ lol There is a big history of this kind of thing in dance music though loads of people do it and all have their own reasons. RE: Future-Garage, Post-Dubstep, UK funky? - sixs - 2011-03-22 17:11:40 t williams = tony williams = anthony williams = addison groove. it's not the t williams from deep teknologi |
