Why is it taking so long to release a song? (And that is a serious question)

The track probably was never finished. Zzafrika, for example, sounded totally different a year before it was released.
Perhaps, they want to release all their tracks in their upcoming album and not individually?

But that's just me speculating.

So they are just working slow?

Most likely yes, Zombie Nation and Tiga aren't exactly neighbors.

To be honest, I like this approach to producing a lot better.
We're living in a time when too many producers rush their releases.

Quality over quantity. Always.

the real reason these songs take so long to come out is because the only real way you can make $$$ through these kind of releases is by staggering the releases, generating hype etc. release all your tracks at once and yeah its cool and all that for so long but hype dies just as fast as it comes....the reason you hear zzt dropping these tracks is bc obviously they want to play them out in their sets and see how it vibes also generate hype

that said, hurry up and release these bad boys!!!

I really like this, but I guess I prefer the original over the remix by Proxy.

Every ZZT track has the perfect amount of bass in it, love that.
Tiga said this remix will be released in late July/August this year.
ZZT album near the end of this year...

The off beat, it's so catchy. Loving that second drop too with the alarm coming into full effect. Kind of reminds me of 'Raven' with the on going sound.

Awesome shit Proxy. Can't wait for July/August now, and end of year with ZZT album :)

Proxy remix sounds nice. Don't know how often I'd listen to it just sitting around, but I imagine the siren noise will make crowds go off. The Tensnake track played after it was really nice too.

Proxy remix does nothing for me, I don't like it at all. Original is another level. I can't find any similarities between them. It's just like one of his regular tracks.
