Erol Alkan Returns To BBC 6 Mix

Erol Alkan will be hosting the 1st show of his third 6 Mix residency on BBC 6 Music on Friday April 27th at 10pm. Erol delves into the crates to unearth a selection of hidden gems alongside a selection of upfront electronic and experimental sounds from inside and outside the club.

Erol Alkan returns to the 6 Mix, taking you on a sonic journey through bleeps, beats and bass from the cutting edge of club culture. A much loved and respected figure on the UK electronic music circuit, Erol’s early Noughties club night Trash was earlier this year named number 43 in the Guardian’s 50 Key Events In the History Of Dance Music supplement.
