Just watched Unstoppable. It's well done but too simple story. A movie with no plot, rather waste of time.

watched black swan in the cinema on friday and just now at home - delighted i saw it first on the big screen - the collective experience watching it was great, all the shocks and jumps and laughs (yes there are a few) really added to my overall enjoyment.

would express my thoughts more but it'd be pretty spoiler heavy. suffice to say it was worth my watching twice. i have some reservations about it, and as it's a bit bottom heavy its exhilarating climax is what people will really take away from it, but Aronofsky certainly makes you feel something. amd it's rare i'll watch a film twice in the space of a few days, but i've done it with this and the fountain, so that's saying something.

Watched Black Swan tonight, thought it was fairly tits. Sitting next to my girlfriend's mum whilst Natalie Portman is faffing herself off was NOT the one though.

Was watching something on Christmas eve while sitting next to my mum when a pretty full on sex scene came on. THAT was painful.

I think the lesbian stuff was pretty self explanatory.

Haido where did you pick up from that ugly poster of Black Swan i haven't seen it before :)
I first watched it at home now i'm gonna watch it on big screen. The only note i have is that the lesbo scene isn't enough passionately imo.

I think Ive seen the same one. Delirious?

The version I had of it randomly had 5 seconds of flat beat and flat eric on before the thing came on. was probably a levi's commercial before a rerun on telivision or something

I have no idea,i was randomly changing channels and saw it on vh1,if the one you are saying is the one where he talks about his mother making him some mc'donalds burgers, then yes.
Pretty hilarious btw.

I looked a bit 'Melinda and Melinda again last night, prolly a Woodrow Allen, the film more contemporary - a nice package of die-cast and very clever in places.

True Grit is great, need to see the original. I think the book might be worth a read too.

I'll be honest, we only got halfway through it. It just didn't make good Sunday night viewing! It's due another go sometime though.

It's pretty epic and moody, but oh my god it just filled me with a feeling of utter hopelessness.

Watched the box, amazing idea and I'm sure the short story it was based upon was great, the start and the end were good but jesus christ the middle of it has to be one of the worst films I've ever seen.
