Nah, I doubt City have signed Lukaku. He's been pretty adamant that he wants to sign for Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester United.

Also, I saw it reported on caughtoffside so it's almost certainly made up. That site prints every nonsense story on the internet.

Dzeko is a brilliant signing for City, and I think he'll forge a great partnership with Tevez - but I still do not get Balotelli. Sure, he's entertaining, but he's just so head mental that I can't see him doing well.
