I think someone should assign jobs for each other or something, like, someone researches the costs and terms of transportation (bus's, minbus's, coaches etc.)
someone could be the one who find prices out for venues
someone can find prices of artists if they are charging etc.

Could maybe sort out a gig in the Houses of Parliament too like. Although it's more likely to be the indian place on clapham high street that turns into a nightclub at 2am.

how good are you at editing? :) my brother is a great editor and he said hes up for it but if you want to do it, thats cool ;)

im up for taking stills with my slr (not video camera)

erm im not bad but not done it in a while. has your bro a professional editor? if he is he might aswell do it, i just did media at college and back then i werent too shabby at making cuts and stuff :P id also be up for filming stuff, although i havent a video camera myself, being a photographer im not bad and setting up angles of shots and the like.

what slr do u have omd?

my brother uses both final cut studio and avid media composer/avid symphony nitrus, stuff like shake, motion 3, soundtrack pro, etc. and is near the end of his 3rd and final year at university where he has been studying film production (ba hons) :)

yeah you can take some shots with me (stills)
