consumer myth

any shop can refuse to sell any item to anyone, then take the goods off the shelf, correctly price them, then see if the customer wants to buy them.
we used to pay scally kids half a pasty to go into EB and put price stickers from the shit games on the expensive games

never got caught either, apart from a mate trying to buy Resident Evil 3 for four quid when it had only just come out, haha

Now this is how it started, my dreams all broken hearted yet i want you, baby.

That's why we had pasty fuelled disadvantaged middlemen :D

If they weren't hungry you could always give them 'Ends up on yer Lamby'.

Right here's the plan, we all apply for a job there, someone gets it then stays on afterhours and dispatches all our orders.

But in not calling you may not get your fiver back...

AS IF it's gonna happen.

I've received two 'call us' emails...

I didnt think it would really work, but even if there was the slimmest chance, i was in! Sure if everyone had got them, and they had been automatically dispatched then I would have been quite gutted if hadnt. Sure there wasnt really much to loose, except maybe a fiver lol!!

On a somewhat related note, I just bought a 1210 Mark 2 from Cash Generator in Manchester for FIFTY QUID! They're selling all the decks off at stupid prices, sadly I bought the only 1210 they had, but they have some Numark Direct Drives and some other bits of tat for 40 pounds or less....
