Might be a bit fanboyish but Shadow Dancer's charts always impress me - tend to be half stuff I love already, half stuff I've not heard of but learn to love.

It really depends what you're looking for. If you want techno, Jonas Kopp, Shifted, Samuli Kemppi and Marcel Fengler are always upping interesting charts to RA.
