Forum, I need your help.
I run a pub, so I don't get much chance to go out during normal weekend nights. Sunday night and Monday night are essentially my Friday and Saturday. I've had a quick look around on internet and all I've seen are after-parties for Sunday (0500-1300) which doesn't really help me out. So I was wondering if anyone knew of anything good on a Sunday or Monday night music wise? To be fair, you'd find it hard to outwit gravel -SSD o Twit Twoo o Soundcloud ^ New side project of mine ^ |

Robo, I need your help.
Give this lowly American a job at the pub you run. Of course, this will all have to be illegal since I don't have a work visa. I will reward you with all of the information I have about events/music on Sunday & Monday nights in the UK hope we can work something out! The twinkle in an eye about to be blackened. |

Must be something going on Shoreditch/Hoxton way on a Sunday? I don't know, I'm too old to party on a Sunday these days.
On another note, your pub looks like a fine establishment. What ales do you serve? http://soundcloud.com/evangelink88 (2012-08-25 16:17:54)TempestDisco Wrote: BRWEEEEEEEEAGH BURR BURR BURR |

We are tied to the Wadworth brewery. So it's:
Henry's IPA .... (3.6% - bit weak but crisp/biscuity aftertaste) Wadworth 6X .... (4.3% - full bodied, malty & nutty) Boundary .... (4% - Very nice and hoppy) To be fair, you'd find it hard to outwit gravel -SSD o Twit Twoo o Soundcloud ^ New side project of mine ^ |

Look out for Lo*Kee, very good Sunday night parties, often at an interesting and intimate venue with great vibes. Bit exclusive need to hunt them down on facebook to find out about events guestlist. On the May 6th is their next one (4th Birthday) with Koze as the headline. Should be great.
Message me if you need pointing in the right direction. Also I'm based between London and Ox so maybe on route one day I'll stop at your fine fine establishment. Blog: http://www.chessclub.tumblr.com Haynes Soundcloud: Tracks - http://soundcloud.com/haynes Haynes A mix: |

Certainly, as long as its not like America where you're going to tell me that I need 3+ years experience washing dishes at another pub or a restaurant just to even be considered for the position. If you can actually remember to mop the floor after service, you'll be miles ahead of the guy we have right now. Also, thanks for the tips guys - Lo*kee looks good but can't make the Koze one because of the bank holiday unfortunately. Fuse is decent for a Sunday afternoon/evening. You have to add your name on the website before going though.
