a quick Photoshop tip?

Here's what i want to do.
Cut the 'Disclosure Face' from this image - http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m3xtf4..._cover.jpg and be able to put it on another photo i have. But i just want the face sketch, not the girl in the image. I've looked up using the Magic Wand but it isn't really getting me where i want. Any tips would be great, thanks. ∞ M ♥ / R.I.P MCA |

i dont really use photoshop or anything but this is just an idea, darken down the whole picture till all that can be made out is the white sketch you want?
