I don't know, how do you describe a mix to someone when you already know the track listing.

Tracks 10,11,12 (2 shadow dancer tracks and a surismo one) basically some it up best for me.

Pioneering new breakbeat electro techno.

It really is not tune based at all, all the tracks are like 1.30 and they are woven in this seamlessly stream of electric chaos.

This is the most NOW mix around. It starts interesting and stays it.

Hats off to Mr. Noize

I wouldn't say it was that bad and to a point i don't really think this is about the mixing. There are no long transitions really, some are not even phrase matched properly, its just really great snap shot of a significant part of electro today.

The records are great and they are played in the right order, and thats what i'm listening to.

frankly i'm impressed with the mix, although the transitions arent consistently great. excellent track choice though

i am not too fond of the robot vocoder acapella nor the three mixes after that..

loving the 'dolami - suckerpin' bitthough , as well as 'spinal beats - dedepella - weiss gaz - i like to move'. as a matter of fact, boys noize flawlessly pulled that very mix off on i love techno - i suppose it goes to show (again) that he is one of the most technically gifted dj's around.

I'm not really surprised the mixing isn't your standard house dj 8 phrase blend. He doesn't even play that way live. Frankly I've never enjoyed listening to a liveset of his on my computer (except for the sequences he sometimes repeats pulling off like model 8 to my head to phantom pt. II and kill the kid to technologic acapella to &down), but live is just a whole different ball-game

Anyhoo assuming he mixed this stuff with decks and not with ableton, I think it's amazing stuff.
